Game Night CelebrationJoin PGC as we celebrate our first event this year and say congrats to those who have/will be finishing their Quals. PGC will be providing board games, snacks, beer, and wine! Vegan options will be available. Feel free to bring your own games to play.

PGC End of Quals PartyTo celebrate the completion of the current first year class’ Spring Quals we took them to the Pub and bought first round of beer.

PGC Game Night – Mar. Prospective VisitIn an attempt to have a PGC event on the same night as a prospective graduate student visit we held a game night and invited all grads to enjoy some snacks and play an assortment of games from board to video games. Prospective graduate students visiting that day were also invited to this event.

PGC After-Party at the Anteater PubIt has been a tradition in PGC to hold an end of the Fall quarter event. This year PGC will be buying the graduate student’s first round of beers at the Anteater Pub after the yearly Department Graduate Student Happy Hour.

PGC Friendsgiving Potluck EventAs Thanksgiving approaches graduate students can come together as friends and colleagues to eat dinner together. Friendsgiving is a potluck event where grads are encouraged to bring dishes to share with each other and PGC supplied the main dishes.

PGC Welcome EventWith the new first year grads now at UCI, the PGC welcome event brings together the graduate community to welcome the new grads to UCI.  The first year grads had a chance to meet and greet current more senior grads.
