Fieldwork

I- Short term velocity changes and ocean properties measurements

In July 2016, I participated in a field campaign in Southwest Greenland with the Rignot Research group, UCI. The project aims to measure short term velocity changes of Kangilerngata Sermia glacier using a Gamma Portable Radar Interferometer.

During this campaign, we also measured ocean properties close to the glacier front in order to investigate the influence of the ocean on the glacier.

II- Weather station in Zachariae Isstrom glacier

In August 2016, we set up two weather station in Zachariae Isstrom glacier in Northeast Greenland. This project was in collaboration with IMAU in Utrecht and DTU in Copenhagen.
