MEMS & Nano Technology Lab

I worked on enhancing Copper Electroplating by modifying the current wave pattern and chemical densities of solutions in the Microelectromechanical System and the Nano-Technology Lab of the Amirkabir University of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Yaghmaie and Prof. Barazandeh. I got the training and am qualified to work with equipment such as Optical Microscope, Profiler-D100 (used for measuring surface texture & precision step height), and Sputter Desk VTSC (used for coating).
