SELF-ORDERED STI TESTING

Chlamydia Trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria Gonorrhea (NG) are Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) that can be easily spread in various ways. Self-ordered STI testing is available at the UCI Student Health Center, processed in the Panther at the laboratory, with the mission to prevent further and future infections. 

Depicted below is the positivity rate per diagnosis, gender, and type of test (throat, rectal, urine, and cervical) for each month of 2023 and recent data for 2024 (Week 1 January 2024 to Week 5 June 2024).

*Data obtained from Orchard Harvest LIS system. Filter eliminates test patients, QC and duplicates. Numbers are based on UCIMC, Fulgent and saliva testing. Numbers are reported based on draw date/time; includes weekends.
