UNITea – Winter ’24

You are cordially invited to the UNITea Party Sunday, February 18th at 2pm – 4pm. This is a Valentines themed Tea Party at the Palo Verde Clubhouse. Please bring a potluck item that is tea themed (this can mean a snack or tea).

Tea attire is formal and fun, this is your excuse to dress up! We will also have crafts (crochet, painting, etc.).

Join us for an informal coffee chat with this week’s department colloquium speaker, Dr. Eun-Joo Ahn, 1-2 pm in FRH 2153! We will be discussing physics, history, and careers, as well as Dr. Ahn’s paper “Finding the Invisible Workers in Astronomy: The Case of Mount Wilson Observatory, 1900—1930” before her colloquium talk.
