  • Deadline Extended: Bright People Brilliant Solutions Campaign ‘What Makes Your Team Strong?’ Campaign Ends August 9
    • Submit ideas by 5 p.m., August 9 to be entered into a drawing for one of three $50 Amazon Gift Cards. What advice do you have for other teams? What ideas do you have to make teams even stronger? We want to hear from you! Submit your idea now at bpbs.hr.uci.edu.
  • UCI Engagement Survey Launches August 12
  • Free One-Day Self Defense Class at the UCI Medical Center August 24
    • In addition to the 10-week course offered at campus, UCI HR Wellness, Public Safety, and Campus Recreation have partnered to off a Free, 1-day, hands-on experience for UCI employee to learn and apply the same personal safety concepts. Register now for this 4-hour class. Limited spaces available.
  • Burnout / Work-Life Balance Toolkit Now Available
    • Our UCI EAP Program has developed a resource to help manage burnout and work-life balance. The toolkit includes: combating compassion fatigue, resilience in stressful times, identifying and coping with job-related stress, tips for coping with stress, and other work-life resources. linked here, and attached.  Download, review and share the toolkit with your departments.  (also on the UCI EAP webpage and attached)
