Efi Foufoula-Georgiou and the UCI Office of Access and Inclusion (OAI) hosted the National Academy of Engineering’s EngineeringGirl Ambassadors at the Henry Samueli School of Engineering (SSoE) on Friday May 6, 2022.
The EngineeringGirl high school ambassadors visited the SSoE to learn about the engineering programs available at UCI and to expand their knowledge of careers and education within the fields of engineering. The event highlighted amazing engineering women faculty leading important research projects in the SSoE.
ProperData and WiCyS at UCI were glad to participate in this event to continue our efforts in broadening the participation of women in the fields of privacy and security.
