WordPress 5.8.1 was released this morning. It’s a security and maintenance release with 60 bug fixes and 3 security fixes. Since it is a security release, it is recommended that you update immediately. If you are on an earlier release up to 5.4, it will also be patched. If your site can be updated automatically, it should be done for you or you can do it manually by visiting your Dashboard > Updates.
