Century High School, Santa Ana
Join us to learn the basics of 3D modeling and how to print your works into reality. Aside from that, we’ll also look into the history of 3D printing and the different uses it has in everyday life. Whether you want to look into this as a career or want to make something cool to show off to your friends, we’ll be glad to have you!
No previous experience is necessary.
There is only one way to look at things until someone shows us how to look at things with different eyes.
By the end of this workshop, students should be able to …
… recognize the range of applications utilizing 3d modeling and printing skills and have a broader understanding of potential career paths.
… identify and execute steps leading to the design and printing of a 3d object.
… gain critical thinking and problem-solving skills by trouble-shooting basic 3D design issues.
… model and print a 3D object.
