It has been a while since I’ve been able to blog– the stuff known as “day-to-day” operations inundated me with so many things to do and presentations to make I couldn’t read up on current events and technology. I think I’m finally back– at least for the short-term!
This was an extremely interesting article that affirms my belief that the use of such a simple device as an iPad can reinvigorate the desire in people pursuing education learn– and retain.

This new Apple device is already getting good reviews– and it does not surprise. The built in accessibility features and the enhanced use of VoiceOver in iBooks 3.0 with PDF support make it an even better product to use for users with disabilities.
I’m happy with my iPad 2, but if someone wanted to throw this device my way for testing I’d oblige :).
Great news! This will expand the capability of providing digital texts to students who utilize text-to-voice technology!

As a whole the iPhone 5 will be an extraordinary device. Apple is doing some great things for ALL people and are allowing them to travel with the most incredible all in the palm of your hand– literally.
It’s always exciting to see what the Apple Software Engineers will come out with when it comes to accessibility. There are some great features ALREADY installed in the iOS but there are always more that do not cease to amaze me. Check out what’s coming out at the link below!
