PhD Candidate, Alicja Jagiełło, published a paper on extracellular matrix stiffening. The paper quantifies the local matrix of dermal fibroblasts and triple-negative mammary epithelial cells through the use of active microrheology (AMR) , demonstrating AMR as a tool for revealing otherwise hidden mechanical properties that influence cell behavior.
