If, like us, you feel driven to be a force for change, then we can offer you hands-on experience of complex, high-impact projects, fast-paced training and progression, supportive mentoring, and a caring company culture that promotes flexibility, fulfillment and work-life balance.
We’ve continued to grow (even through Covid-19) and we are very excited about the future, as engineering companies and other manufacturing industries realize the potential of managing data and information effectively. It’s no longer optional and every unit of carbon we can save is a victory, whether that’s achieved through getting greener products to market faster, improving efficiencies and engineering outcomes, or supporting companies as they look to make technology work better and smarter.
We place enormous importance on our ability to attract, nurture and retain the brightest graduate talent, hiring upwards of 80 graduate analysts and consultants every year. So, if you share our passion for life and for making things better, we would love to hear from you. We have teams in Michigan and California in the US, and we’re accepting applications for both! Take a look at our LinkedIn and Glassdoor accounts and if you like what you see – reach out and connect with us, or view our live opportunities and click apply!
Career progression pathways include leadership, project management, product development, account management, management consultancy or technical product development. Any experience (such as an internship or placement) in a data-orientated role or within the automotive would be an advantage, but no replacement for genuine energy, resourcefulness and intelligence.
QR_ Values Diversity_
We take pride in being different as a company and we celebrate multiple approaches and points of view.
We challenge inequality in all its forms, in others, and especially in ourselves.
We’re not perfect, but we want to be better and do better, and we are fully committed to this in our actions as well as words.
As an equal opportunities employer, Quick Release never discriminates on the basis of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic background, marital status, or disability status.
