December 2023 – Inagural CP-LEADS Fellows cohort made it to the finish line and successfully completed the program! Pictured are some fellows receiving their Certificates of Completion, and celebrating their accomplishments!
Fall Quarter 2023 – Fellows continued participating in bi-weekly seminars with a focus on preparing graduate school application materials, finalizing research deliverables, and enhancing their understanding of careers in data science through guest speakers in the fields of Data Science, Learning Analytics, and Education.
July 2023 – 1st Annual CP-LEADS Fellows Program Research Symposium. After an intensive and rewarding 5-week summer experience, the Fellows finished out the summer aspect by presenting their summer research project at the inaugural CP-LEADS Research Symposium!
Late June & July 2023 – Research Fellows participating in the residential summer aspect of the yearlong fellowship program! The summer aspect involves the fellows residing on campus (housing and meal plan provided) & engaging in proseminars (which include data science training, graduate school exploration and preparation, and training in research methods and statistics) & programmatic activities while they work on their summer research & prepare for the GRE!
