In honor of Transgender Awareness Week, we are starting a new project we’ve been wanting to do with these blog posts! We’re adding book and literature reviews for pieces we think are either super relevant to gender diversity and health, or are just super informative or fun!
We’re starting off the series with a piece that’s a little bit of both!
A Quick and Easy Guide to They/Them Pronouns, by Archie Bongiovanni & Tristan Jimerson
This booklet provides a small and easy introduction for individuals who are new to gender inclusive pronouns, particularly they/them pronouns.
It also gives advice to folx who may be struggling with how to navigate using new pronouns in the workplace and elsewhere. This very helpful advice also comes in a fun comic form which (along with the writers’ witty sense of humor) keeps the reader engaged throughout the piece!
This neat little comic booklet is a must read if you have any questions about pronouns. Definitely recommend it to friends who are new allies wanting to learn more!
