Registration fees for the conference have been set at:

Registration for the conference is now closed. Late registration to the conference – past 09/30 – can only be allowed on an individual basis. For help with registering past September 30, please contact Veronica Berrocal (vberroca AT uci DOT edu).
Cancelation policy
Canceled registrations will be reimbursed with a 10% penalty if the cancelation occurs before or on September 15, 2022. No refunds are provided for cancelations taking place after September 15, 2022. To cancel registration to GEOMED 2022, please contact the Scientific Committee chair (Veronica Berrocal, vberroca AT uci DOT edu).
For changes in modality of attendance to GEOMED (e.g. from remote to in-person and vice versa), please contact Veronica Berrocal (vberroca AT uci DOT edu) and submit the linked form. Reimbursement of registration fees for attendees that initially registered as in-person attendees will be provided, with a 10% penalty, only if communication of change in attendance is provided prior to or on September 15, 2022. No reimbursements are provided for changes in attendance communicated after September 15, 2022.
