It was reported this morning that the TEM high voltage could not be applied. A service call was placed immediately after the TEM was down. FEI engineer arrived at noon and started trouble shooting. No success was achieved today. He will continue working on it on Monday.
TEM is down on June 10 and up on June 14

The TEM problem was solved today. I have done HT conditioning and alignment. OK to use now.
