The filament current was zero when the high voltage is applied. Trouble shooting is undergoing now. Please do not used till further notice.

After multiple times of trouble shooting, maintenance and tuning, the nanomill has returned to its best condition. Please note that the working filament current setting is about 165 uA which is much smaller thank before. The SOP should be followed carefully. The optical microscope is relocated to another side of the nanomill and the tools are stored in a special box. Please put all tool back to the box after use.
Trouble shootings were carried out for several times. Parts order is in progress.
