Plasma cleaner developed a vacuum problem on Oct 30. We have been contacting the vender for trouble shooting. So far, there is no luck. We are going to ship the instrument to factory for repair. We are waiting for a special shipping container now. We will keep you posted for the progress.
It is fixed and shipped back today. The vacuum was tested first and pumping rate rate is good. After reconnecting to gas resources, plasma was obtained nicely. It is Ok to use now.
