Grand ARM vacuum is poor and needs to be serviced. Started on 11/1/19.
Grand ARM is up on Friday 11/8/19 in the afternoon.

Grand ARM is up
Grand ARM’s vacuum got improved. We will do alignment of the scope in the morning of 11/7/19. We are hoping that the scope will be operational in the afternoon of 11/8.
JEOL engineers opened up the microscope and checked out the ACD tank. The scope is in a two day bake (till Thursday morning). Stay tuned.
