The Pt/Pd target is run out and ACE200 is not available for sputtering from 10/13/2020. This does not affect both carbon coating and glow discharge. We already ordered the replacement from Leica and will let you know once sputtering is available.
Sputtering is not available at ACE200 and recovered on 10/23/20
