I don’t see any appointments available

If you’ve gotten to the page to select an appointment time but see a blank calendar with no appointment slots on it, you likely have a follow-up ticket with an advisor you previously saw and will need to select a different advisor for that office. Depending on the office’s settings, you will either see a dropdown or two buttons. Regardless of which you see, there will be an option for “Anyone Available” which will show an aggregate of all advisors’ availabilities.

If you select Anyone Available and still don’t see any available appointment slots, please reach out to the office you’re trying to visit because they may need to add additional availability.
