I am a preschooler now, so I really do not need to nap as much as I did before. I will be fine with an hour or less of napping per day. I do still need 11-13 hours of sleep daily.

It is super important that I stay away from screens as much as possible, especially around bedtime. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that my parents limit my screen time to 1 hour or less daily, and to limit what I watch to high-quality programming such as PBS or Sesame Workshop programs. My school has televisions installed in every room, so please encourage my parents to ask my teacher about when we get to watch TV and the programs we are watching.
