My Healthy Sleep Environment
I sleep best when my room is…

My Sleep Routine as an Infant
- I may not be able to sleep through the night before 6 weeks.
- I like to be exposed to lots of sunshine during the day, and limited light at night.
- When I play hard, I sleep hard.
- Before I go to sleep, keep interactions with me calm. I like it when you read bedtime stories to me.
- I may no longer need to be fed at night, let my caregiver know if they can stop offering the bottle or breast at night.
- My sleep schedule can be disrupted by changes in family or my development.
- Consistent daily routines go a long way in establishing my sleep pattern.
