Water is the best drink for my health. If I’m less than 24 months old, whole milk is a healthy drink, too (unless my doctor says otherwise*).

I have a small belly and need to have multiple snacks throughout the day. Snacks are mini-meals, not extras. Please make sure they are age and size-appropriate for me.
