First meeting for new board members. Do we have money? What are we doing? Social activities, maybe we should conduct a survey, we need a website.

- Current Accounts Balance: $1042.04
- We have $750 incoming for 2010-2011, and $292.04 rolls over from last year
- Brainstorm of what IGSA should do this year:
- Coffee hour was good. We need to continue that.
- Can we do more stuff like that? Maybe also a Pub night?
- Beginning of the year party was good. Also need to continue that, and quarterly get togethers.
- We need a website
- We should meet more frequently, and have regularly scheduled open meetings.
- We should survey existing & incoming students
- We should contact incoming students before they arrive in Irvine
- Patrick presented a list of potential social activities. These will be rolled into survey, and brought back up at first public meeting
- Perhaps start a tradition of doing a big retreat (ski trip?)
- Come up with a project for IGSA to work on this year – perhaps redoing the bus stops?
