Survey and website discussion! Potential projects – digital portal to connect hallways in Bren? fix up the bus stops?

- Survey – discussed a few revisions. Should be ready to send out this week.
- Faculty & Undergrad Outreach – going well.
- Website – up and running on the UCI WordPress install. We should add some content this week and make it public. Need to think about what should move over to the blog & what should stay on the wiki. Need to get a calendar.

- Coffee hour: keeping this the same as last year, every other Wednesday at 3-4pm.

- Scheduling meetings for the fall – We want to get input from students, but its too early. Send out an email in August for this. Tuesday or Thursday are probably good days. Need to coordinate with grad student talks.
