It was a great pleasure and exciting moments for me to attend the premier conference in software engineering, International Conference in Software Engineering on May of 2016. ICSE was my first software engineering conference I have attended so far. I have attended the main conference and a two days co-located event called International Symposium on Software Engineering for Adaptive and Self-Managing Systems or SEAMS for short.
Since I am working on self-adaptive mobile software systems, I have attended all presentations on SEAMS conference which was on May 16 and 17. I enjoyed learning how other researchers are excited about self-adaptive software systems and trying to apply it on different domains. During those two days, I get to know several key researchers on this field, I introduced my self and talked about my research to them, hence they provided me with useful suggestions and comments that I believe will enhance my research.
