EEE Legacy Retirement

EEE Legacy was retired on November 30, 2020.

This does not affect EEE+ tools, including GrandCentral, Scout, ScoreShare, the new Evaluations tool, and EaterEvals.

Learn how to download data and materials from the following tools:

Mid-Fall 2020
Summer 2020
Spring 2020

What you need to do during this time: Final EEE Legacy shutdown is now imminent (November 2020). Data found in EEE Legacy tools will be unavailable after this time. 

Assistants
  • Use the new EEE+ Assistants Manager tool to provide TA access for all tools.
Evaluations – Department
  • The new Final Evaluations tool will officially replace the legacy tool. All data will be migrated to the new tool. No action required on your part.
Gradebook
  • New EEE GradeBooks cannot be created for this term.
  • Download content immediately. 
  • EEE Legacy shutting down, data only available through November.
ClassMail Lists
  • Continue to use EEE Legacy Class Mail List tool for now, it will be available for Summer 2020 Classes.
  • This is the last quarter archives will be available on EEE Legacy.
  • The new EEE+ ClassMail tool will be available for Fall 2020 classes sometime in June.
Evaluations – Department
  • All Summer evaluations can use the new Final Evaluations tool, as determined by Summer Session.
Gradebook
  • This is the last full quarter to download data from EEE Legacy GradeBook.
  • You will not be able to use EEE Legacy GradeBook in Fall 2020.
ClassMail Lists
  • Continue to use EEE Legacy Class Mail List for now, it will be available for Summer 2020 classes.
  • The new EEE+ ClassMail tool will be available for Fall 2020 classes sometime in June.
Evaluations – Department
  • The new Final Evaluations tool will be available for campus-wide use.
  • All data will be migrated over Summer from the legacy tool; no action is required on your part.
Gradebook
  • It is recommended to start using the Canvas gradebook, as the EEE Legacy GradeBook tool will not be usable after Summer 2020.
