The Canvas transition is a multi-year effort that began in 2016. Based on our current progress, we estimate the full transition will be completed by the end of 2020, with tools transitioning to an archived state [1] or removed entirely.
Most EEE tools will be transitioned to a read-only state or removed entirely by the start of Winter Quarter 2020.
Key dates
- March 27, 2018: Tools will start being removed from EEE, starting with the Counter tool.
- Summer 2020: This will be the last term class data will be loaded into EEE Legacy
- November 2020: EEE Legacy will be shut down around mid-November 2020
