TEM maintenance completed (1/4-7/2011, 1/12-14/2011)
//To solve some minor issues with CM-20 TEM, FEI engineers are carrying out maintenance service this week. I hope that with this service, all users may enjoy better performance of the old TEM for the whole year. I will post another message if the service is completed earlier than expected.
