2100 down for gun replacement from 2/24/2020

//Grand ARM was down from 9am-5pm on 2/4 and 9am-5pm on 2/6, now operatioal
//One of the Grand ARM’s rotary pump is leaking and needed to be replaced and the water chiller pump was also leaking. We put the scope in sleep and then JEOL is going to replace the bad rotary pump as well as the leaky water chiller pump today. We expect this service will be done by the end of today.
