The UltimaIII is up running.

The XG tube was replaced. The previous tube reached its lifetime.

The optical alignment and maintenance was done. The UltimaIII is up running!

Hi, All,

The UltimaIII was down due to an XG-related error on April 16. I am troubleshooting on this issue.

Will update the status once it is up running.

Hi, Tescan SEM users:

The SEM was just down. It was not recovered by a simple trouble shooting. I sent a message to Tescan engineer and may not receive any response till Monday. I will keep you posted. Sorry for the inconvenience.
