The Smartlab is down due to the Servo/encoder error. The service is called.
The Rigaku engineer came on June 2 and repaired the Smartlab.

The X-ray source needs a filament replacement. We have reported and been waiting for a service visit by a Kratos engineer to fix the source and other issues. I will cancel the sessions currently reserved for the instrument.
I will send out another update when the instrument is back up online.
