Tescan engineer conducted his maintenance work, changing Pt GIS and maintaining pumps. He started from 10/12 and finished his work by noon of 10/13. I have fully checked and tuned the SEM/FIB/GIS. Everything is working. You may use it from now on.

Tescan SEM down at 5pm on 4/16/2021 and up on 4/22/2021

The SEM was just down. It was not recovered by a simple trouble shooting. I sent a message to Tescan engineer and may not receive any response till Monday. I will keep you posted. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nanomill down on 2/22/2021 and up on 3/5/2021

Tescan SEM is down on 3/2/2021 at 9am and up at noon
//The SEM had a cooling problem at 9am. The problem was fixed at 12:00.
Nanomill down on 10/23/2020 and fixed on 11/12/2020

FIB on Tescan SEM/FIB problem on 1/25/2020 and up on 2/11/2020
//LIMS source of Tescan GAIA3 has run out. So FIB is down now, but you may still use its SEM function.
Tescan SEM is down on 1/13/2020 and up on 1/14/2020
//A user caused a problem now because the GIS hits the stage. Waiting for service review.
Hitachi Regulus 8230 SEM was down on 1/7/2020 and up on 1/10/2020
//Hitachi Regulus 8230 SEM was down on 1/7/2020 because of water issue. Engineer will be on site to fix the problem tomorrow.
