Keys to Climate Action

This is a talk that I gave to OLLI on National, State, Cities, and Businesses involved in Climate Action.  It also covers utilities, and individual actions.  It emphasizes California, wildfires, and sea level rise predictions and their costs.  The retrenchment of the Trump administration on climate and environmental standards is also discussed.
