The Giant Election Fraud Villain

The Giant Election Fraud Villain

I’m glad to see that AG Barr has been assigned to find large scale election fraud in America.  Actually, the election frauds have been embedded in our collective memories over recent years.  We can start with the destruction of the 1965 Voting Rights Act by the conservative Supreme Court, removing the Southern states in 2013, as if racial discrimination was over.  Then, in 2010, the Citizens United ruling allowed corporations to give arbitrary amounts to PACs for political parties and candidates.

Then came the Trumpian Era.  In the 2016 election there were over 100 contacts between Trump surrogates and Russians, eventually related to their hacking Democratic emails and their appearances on Wikileaks.  Then the Russians interfered with fake social media accounts, spreading falsehoods, and organizing demonstrations.  Recall the Mueller report, where AG Barr, himself, gave a distorted summary of, and delayed its presentation and complete publication.

Then came the impeachment of Trump for trying to extract from the Ukrainian President dirt on Hunter and Joe Biden.

This election we have the massive frauds by Trump that mail-in ballots are corrupt, and that Republicans should only vote on Election Day, so that Trump can be declared the victor then, as he indeed declared himself, before Democratic mail-in ballots erased his victories.  Remember the calls to Stop the Count, in states where he led, and Count the Ballots, in states where he was behind.

During the Reign of Trump, Trump continually denied Russian election interference, and refused to guard against it in the 2018 or 2020 elections.

Even now, Trump is forwarding any trivial errors as massive frauds, that should give him states and the election.  He is also pushing the belief that his conservative Supreme Court will somehow bail him out.

Let’s not forget that Trump appointed a political postmaster who destroyed the sorting machines, so that mail-in ballots would be delayed and miss the deadlines.

We can’t forget Trump’s rushing the collection of the census by a month, so that cities with large populations of color would not be fully counted due to the pandemic, and the reapportionment of House numbers to States would be accomplished before Trump left office.

Finally, Trump continued his massive, unmasked, and crowded rallies, which disregarded the pandemic safety of his audiences, for campaign purposes.  Just 18 of his rallies through September have led to 30,000 excess infections and 700 excess deaths in the counties in which they were held.

Trump’s distortion of the seriousness of the Coronavirus since day one has been responsible for many of the infections, suffering, and deaths in the US, and just for campaign purposes.

Trump also misused the White House for his campaign inauguration ceremony.  He also daily converted Coronavirus press conferences in the White House to campaign events.

Rumors are also circulating that close states with Republican Houses will go Rogue, and vote their own Electoral College Delegates, ignoring the Democratic Delegates that were Duly Elected.  We also have no idea what further approaches Trump will try to bypass the ethical rules of our elections.

Speaking of States and voting rights, the citizens of Florida passed an act that convicts who had served their time could vote.  The Republican Florida legislature added the provision that they also had to pay all of their court fees, reminiscent of ancient discriminatory poll taxes.  Texas assigned only one ballot drop box per county, which was incredibly discriminatory against Harris County, which contains Democratic Houston, and has 5 million people.  In Irvine and Orange County, there is a ballot drop box for every 30,000 people.

Over 98% of ballots are counted and being adjudicated in the few remaining states, and this process will be concluded soon.  There will then be no excuse for the GSA not releasing the $9 million set aside for the transition, and the transition cooperation taking place with the Executive branch Departments, and Security Clearances issued.

So, AG Barr, you only have to go to the upstairs apartment in the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC, to find your Giant Election Fraud Villain.
