The students use their imagination to make both smooth and sharp movements. For example they imagine they are dolphins swimming smoothly in the ocean or they use sharp body movements by acting as robots.

6C. Extension Discussion:
The teacher plays a ballet story film called, “The Firebird” in order for the students to see different dance movements the dancers chose in the movie, to tell the story. After the movie, Roxanne discusses the story to the students, to help them make their own story using their body.
